All manuscripts submitted to the Frontline Professionals Journal undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the content. In this process, both the identities of the reviewers and the authors are kept confidential.

Each manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to ensure it fits the scope and meets basic submission standards. Suitable submissions are then sent to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on clarity, originality, scientific accuracy, and contribution to the field. Their feedback may lead to one of the following outcomes: acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection.

The final decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief based on the reviewers' recommendations. Authors are notified promptly and given a chance to revise and resubmit if required. The journal aims to complete the peer review process within 2 weeks of initial submission.
